As a member of our practice, you will be involved in significant tax planning issues and be responsible for managing staff involved with the preparation of corporate, not-for-profit and partnership tax returns,you will be the primary reviewer of complicated/complex income tax returns. Identifying and analyzing tax risks and opportunities while advising both strategic and private equity buyers and sellers on alternative tax strategies for acquisition, disposition, and restructuring of businesses.

You will also be responsible for managing accounting and auditing engagements as they present themselves which includes being the lead in an audit and with the assistance of staff, take it from point A to point Z.Identify future client needs and new business opportunities within client organizations.

Provide timely, high quality client service that meets and exceeds client expectations. The Manager also has significant responsibility for the professional development of the Firm's accounting and auditing staff members and will be responsible for participating in the Firm’s peer review and quality control procedures.
